This policy describes what The Furniture Guys (furnitureguys.com.au) collects when you shop on this website, and who else receives it. It covers this website only.

What we collect

• Checkout: your name, email, phone number and Australian delivery address, plus the products and quantities in the order.
• Newsletter: the email address you submit, if you sign up.
• Reviews: the name, email, star rating and comments you send. A review is published only after it is approved.
• Usage data: this site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PTPXK5MB). That tag may set cookies and receive pages you visit. You can block cookies in your browser.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We store the Stripe checkout reference and the order total. We do not store your card number.

Who else receives it

• Dropshipzone fulfils orders. When an order is sent for fulfilment we pass the recipient's name, phone number, delivery address and the product codes.
• We email you about the order, and we reply from hello@furnitureguys.com.au.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information

Email hello@furnitureguys.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to come off the newsletter. We keep order records so we can deliver the order and handle a warranty claim.
