Terms

These terms cover shopping at The Furniture Guys. Delivery and warranty are set out in full on the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Warranty pages. Where those pages are more specific, they apply.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on each product page. A crossed-out price is the RRP stored for that product. Delivery is charged on top unless the product says shipping is free. The amount you pay for delivery is the quote confirmed at checkout for your postcode.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only — every state and territory. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost depends on the weight and size of what's in your order and how far it's travelling.

Dispatch time varies by product. Where we have a specific estimate for an item it's shown on the product page — otherwise contact us before ordering if you need an estimate.

Once your order is on its way, most deliveries land within roughly 5 to 12 business days. That's a general guide rather than a fixed promise — actual transit time depends on your location and how big your order is, with regional and remote addresses usually taking a little longer than metro areas.

Warranty and returns

Every product we sell is covered by a 12-month warranty against faults or damage.

We do not provide returns or refunds due to change of mind.

This is in addition to, and doesn't limit, any guarantees you're entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders

Placing an order is a request for us to supply those products to the address you enter. We can decline an order we cannot fulfil, including when a live stock check shows the item is no longer available.
